My Career working in Education has not been as Teacher but working with children with SEMH. I have worked both in mainstream school and in Pupil Referral Units, working with pupils/parents and external agencies to ensure that the pupil gets a fully inclusive education that meets their needs whether it be in a mainstream school or a specialist setting.

I really enjoy working at Pelham  as it is always welcoming to both pupils and parents and has a positive learning environment with a curriculum that offers wider experiences for all pupils. The school staff team are committed to the Ethos of the school and ensuring Inclusion for all pupils through Restorative Practices as set out in our Behaviour and Relationships Policy.
